Lower abdomen cramp n rectal pain
I have extreme sharp pain in rectum whenever I try to pass stools. As a result stools come out in small quantities.. it feels like something stuck there which is paining. I tried to reach my finger inside but cudnt feel anything apart from tightness and closed muscles beyond my finger During the rest of the day I get cramp like pain in only lower abdomen around naval area and mild pain.. some points are cramped n painful.. feeling like passing gas... my medical history- IBS- D, SIBO... Colonoscopy 3 years ago- mild inflammation + stage 2 haemorroids I took equiset for 10 days n I was fine for next 15 days but this weird pain starts 2 days ago
