Mild pain in lower abdomen on both sides

Mild pain in lower abdomen on both sides since last couple weeks, Extra skin/ muscle formation on tip on anus from last two months and its size is gradually increasing, some muscle lumps in other parts of body since last two years but thats not increasing in size.
