Having swelling in left groin area n severe cramps just like periods ones ) with intervals in same area Having from last 24 hours n gotten worse now

Dear The swelling in the groin might be  lymph nodes which is swollen due to some infection in the pelvis . You need to get it evaluated through Sonography and clinical examination.
Next Steps
Sonography followed by consultation with a gynaecologist.
