Burns in groin area
His Groin has severe burn like skin rashes...the upper skin is fully rashed and worn out.He has been walking continuously for 2 days in bolbum ,a 100 km path. It could have been due to that ...but seeing the severity it seems this might be due a insect bite also.howeverr he is in severe pain and a constant burning sensation. I am using Megaheal as of now along with tbact .And Paracetamol,Pan DSR, as well as ammoxyclav tablet. Is there anything else I should be worried about. We first noticed it on Saturday. And it's been 5 days now..but there is not much relief. What else we can do here.

Rash seems like fungal infection. Get his blood sugar done. Give him tab ketoconazole 200mg one daily for 7 days. Tab combiflam one every 8hours for 4 days, after meals. Apply clotrimazole ointment twice a day for 14 days and please inform me the response. Even after it heals, continue using the ointment for 2 weeks more. Keep the part clean and dry.

It looks like a skin rash from too much walking, sweat, or maybe a fungal infection. Could also be a bug bite, but fungal is more likely.
Next Steps
Stop all creams except T-Bact. Start Candid-B cream (or Clotrimazole), apply twice a day. Keep the area clean and dry. Wear loose cotton underwear. Avoid walking or any rubbing till it heals. Paracetamol is okay for pain. No need for antibiotic tablets like Amoxy-Clav unless there's pus or fever
Health Tips
If no relief in 2 days or if it gets worse, see a skin doctor
