I am a student. I have a pain in my middle of the chest. It's not a regular pain. When I bend in front for typing or something else, then when I lie stand , then a sound occur in that place and after that I feel satisfaction, as similar to finger crack. I didn't get any hit in that place. If I hanging something then i feel the pain.

In the middle of the night I was suddenly feeling numbness in my left hand and heart palpitations. I was diagnosed with anxiety in September. And in Sept my ecg and 2d echo wad normal and cbc, vitamin d3 and thyroid was also normal. I feel I have gerd.
