My left eylid is twitching from 1 month. But in mid month it get automatically stopped And from few days it started again. Kindly suggest solution.

I have been having smelly farts due to constipation! If i take laxatives, my stool goes clear and I don't fart at all. But the day I don't take laxative i get constipated, i do have bowel movements but not clear, and hence, smelly farts. How to resolve this? My water intake is fine, my food habits are good, i am a little bit less active nowadays, i used to go to gym daily though, will start again. I eat enough fiber 40-50g per day. Please help me. Should I try digestive enzymes?
