Can zincovit and neurobian tablets ( 1 each after food per day) be taken together daily for one month??? kindly suggest

For the past 3 years I have noticed that my migraine increases during the summer season. Even though I don't go outside. It happens everyday. And I really need help because it's affecting me physically as well as mentally. I'm unable to do any work.

I have a tiny 3mm gallbladder polyp, diagnosed 8 months back, yet to redo the ultrasound. Also recently i have been treated twice for h pylori. Stool test came back negative after 1.5 months of stopping all medicines. Though my gastritis symptoms have reduced but not resolved completely! But probably due to nutrient deficiency i am facing weakness, low vitamin d and calcium, can i start consuming milk (1 glass daily)? Will it be safe for my polyp and gastritis? I was previously advised to cut on dairy during treatment, but now i feel like it's necessary, so i seek your advice doctors, please help me!

I have been walking too much recently due to road trips and all, also i have observed while walking sometimes, there's a tingling inside my knees, why can it be happening?
