Hello, all of a sudden I noticed that there is a little swelling in the front of the elbow. Don't know how to describe this. May I please know what this is?

Hello there, could you please describe how the swelling is? Is it firm? Is it soft? Sebaceous cyst (a swollen sebaceous gland) although the location is less likely or a lipoma (fat lump) could be possibility. Kindly,Get it examined.

Your photos are not very clear.
My first impression is that it is a Sebaceous cyst. It may remain like this for many years.
If you have any pain or if you feel uncomfortable having it , you may consult with a General Surgeon and have it removed.
