CBC Is good No iron deficiency found Calcium also good level. Symptoms: Weekness Fatigue More Hair loss Burning hands n legs Headache always Memory not that much Not a deep Sleep but sleep with some bad memories Depression. Is this all related to b12 deficiency only? Any new one.

I am very worried about my nodes please tell me what to do i already have one 1cm i got my usg done on the bigger one it showed benign and its not growing its been around 1.6 year since I discovered its still the same but few months back i found small nodes multiple nodes 5-6 small nodes on the left side on my shoulder above collarbone but these nodes feel like flesh attached to the neck i carry my bag on this everytime and i also have sinusitis and i got to know about it this winter  and i get post nasal drip often and that drip got stuck in my lungs for a long time i got wet cough i don't get cough anymore but i am very allergic to smell smoke dust cold drinks i am avoiding it sometimes when i laugh and run i Start coughing its also getting better but about the node i have shown to my doc physician as well as surgeon both told me my nodes are very small i should not be worried since all of my tests were normal

Suffering from diabetes since last 2 years and recently I found fatty fever grade 2 . My weight is 84 kg and mother is having diabetes. Cholesterol is also not in good condition even though I am not a oil and fat and non veg lover. Non smoker too. What to do and what medicine to take to solve this both issues. I am having contact ringing sound in my both ears for a week now. Apart from this i am having cracking sound coming from neck when i move head or exert pressure on legs or body while walking or running.
