I have fibroadenoma in right breast and I have pain in breast as well as underarms. Sometimes it feels like someone is pinching in underarm. I am not able to do any work if I am raising my hand feel like someone is pinching. both the underarms. Can you please suggest what to do.

Hello doc, I always use to feel lightheaded, muscle pains, fatigue, weakness, migraine, gas problem and anxiety. I checked for b12 on 12/08/21  it comes to 236.9 pg/ml. I didn't take proper treatment for that and am feeling the same symptoms right now. Is it problem related to b12 deficiency ?? And how to improve this b12 levels ? Will it cause major complications?
