Your B12 is very low. If you are having imbalance then Ideally it would be better if you can take a short course of B12 injections as that will build your B12 much faster. You can also start with oral B12 supplements like Becosules or Neurobion forte 1 tablet daily. Also take Folic acid supplements (Folvite 5 mg 1 tab daily)
If you are a non vegetarian then you can consume more of chicken, mutton, eggs, fish (especially egg yolk) etc. Organ meats (chicken liver etc) are good sources of B12.
