30M->I have been prescribed prolomet xl25 due to high bp 140/90. Is this medicine acts like a diuretic? Or need to take any additional medicine along with prolox met xl to avoid side effects?

I am having dry mouth and dry lips from last 2 months even drinking water from last 4-5 months and was having light mouth ulcers from last 7- 8 months. These light mouth ulcer automatically go away after few days and again come back and now dry mouth and dry lips is also there. Also got reduced appetite.

I have got loose motion yesterday . So I took medicine one norfloxacin and tinidazole tablet .in few hour I was feeling itchy on hands and then on lips and swellon on lips .loose motion now ok but I think I got medicine allgeric reaction .

Is gerd, hiatus hernia cause appendicitis,or pancreatitis or  long term ppi cause these two or any complications. iam using ppi's from 8 months.after completing my tablets i stopped medicines for five days.later my stomach start pains more and tight everyday in upper abdomen before and after completing my meals. I consulted doctor 2days back he changed medicines nexpro and cinitapro before i use raberprazole and lesuride.but from 2days while taking tablets also my stomach pains whole day and after meal it creates pain and tight i also diarrhea from 2days.what should I do?

Hello doctor. My age is 65 years male diabetic from 6 years taking gluconorm g 1 Aten 50 tablet s. Diabetes under control.From 6 months iam feeling chest bone pain every month . It is not continuous. No injury. What is the reason of this? Please answer. Which specialist i have to consult?

I am having muscle spasms from last 10 days.Tried drinking ORS but no effect.I was on medication like kobadex,kefex,dosa-zsr,sino plus 500 after this currently im on uprise d3 60k,evion,sino-plus 500,rabwin-d  for dizziness ,Is this medication side effect or something else?Also 2 months ago I was on Keto and Intermittent Fasting,can it be the reason?
