Hi I need a medical certificate from Jan 21st to Feb 2nd. From my doctor as I was diagnosed with covid and consulted doctor on 29th Jan.i was on bed rest ans post covid cough.

It's been 1.5 months still feeling shortness of breath and palpitations going mad and left hand pain, sleepless, weakness not able to. Do any work what's the reason how Will i Recover fast?

So i was diagnosed with h pylori +ve along with mild antral gastritis. I have finished the h pylori kit for 14 days also, i have been taking gaviscon and nexpro L for almost 1.5 months now. So, whichever day i stop using the nexpro at morning, i get stomach burning sensation at evening or so. I dont eat spicy or junk or much oily food... So does this mean h pylori is still present? And is antral gastritis completely curable or not? I am skeptical of taking ppi for long as i have heard that it creates much more problems later, and i am just 25.. my doctor says redo endoscopy with rut, but isn't there any other non invasive way? Please guide me.
