If fever come suddenly as more than 100 with pain in body with chill then it's acute fever.
In any acute situation you should start now symptomatic treatment if you have no option to take consultation and you can take paracitamol and Multivitamin.
You should take consultation once to know that what's the exact reason behind these sign and symptom.
