Hi. I have checked my BP for last 2 days. The systolic pressure is on lower end. For eg, right now, it is 98/75. It was 95/69 today afternoon and 102/68 in the morning. I have slept less and had not eaten properly but I did take my meals. My electrolytes are normal and within range but sodium is 139 which is towards lower side but within range. I am worried if my BP is too low for my age. What changes in diet I need to take? Thank you in advance.

A year back my mother TSH values were 36.100 and she was advised to take medicine of 150 mg . Now I got test done again and the TSH values are reading 0.02. she has been advised to take medicine of 100 mg now. There is no change in her weight since last one year. Please explain if we are doing the right treatment.
