Good Evening Doctors, My brother who is having sudden stuck of saliva in throat and starts coughing for 1-2 minutes and then becomes normal. But those 1-2 minutes he feels like something stuck and coughing instantly. This issue now having 2-3 times in a week. He is now 18 years old only. In this young age he is feeling such symptoms. Should i worry for the issue or it is nomal to have such symptoms. Help me in this regards

Hi I do not have gall bladder as it was removed. And my indigestion issues are getting worse nothing gets digested earlier acidity used to hit my head and I used to have severe headache (like blackout and dizziness). But now my I get acidity attacks which hit my back and left leg badly that I can't even move or get up and pain becomes worse.My stool doesn't pass properly, always constipated and as soon as my stomach gets clear after few days my every pain goes away and I feel fit and fine again. I did USG 5 months back and everything was ok except I had fatty liver. What all tests or diagnostics are suggested for me? Why this might be happening?
