Take the Thyroid test TSH level is increased Earlier was taking 75 mg now How much mg medicine can be taken and which 1 should I take

Actually I am keeping fast because ramzan is going so i feel weakness in my body at high level so please suggest me which injection is better for cure my weakness or any medicine.

Mild  sometimes moderate Shortness of breath during talking, I have nasal allergy also. Nose blocked at times. All time post nasal drop . Did a chest x ray. Doctor prescribed montek l and two inhalers. Situation seems not to be lessened. What to do? Whats the right diagnosis? Should i go for pft and ct scan test.

My father started taking thyroxine 25mcg (1-0-0) when his TSH detected around 14 six months ago and continued same dosage and around 3 months ago, his TSH came down to 5.83 and continued taking the same medicine in same dosage and now his TSH is slightly increased to 6.8, so any change in dosage or what??? I want his TSH to reduce to around 2. So kindly suggest thyroxine dosage. Apart from thyroxine, any other options to reduce and manage the same??? Your genuine responses will highly be appreciated.
