Fever and vomiting
Feeling feverish and nauseous since last night. Fever is not going away and whenever I eat, it leads to vomiting.

Please keep in mind the possibility of Heat exhaustion. You have to look after your hydration. Please take cool water with lime juice or Orange squash. You can take one tablet of Emeset now and start taking fluids after half hour.  If you can, please record your BP and pulse every 2 hours.
