Stiff left neck and temple
I was having stiffness in left neck and around left eyes, showed to a neurologist and got an MRI done I am attaching the result, please suggest if it's serious or can be cured?

You need to consult a ENT specialist for maxillary polyp. If you have stuffy nose with sneezes  in the meantime you can take T. Allegra 120 mg 1 tab before going to bed at night for 7 days Xylometazoline drops LA BD for the effect nostril For neck stiffness you may take T. Movexx MR 1 tab OD for 7 day Oint.
