Flu

Hi I was having skin allergy since last 3 days with hives rashes and itching.Yesterday i lifted heavy weight while shifting process.After few minutes I felt dizzy and had tunnel vision and could not stand up.I had also not eaten for 6 hours .I had lifted heavy weight also. Was the tunnel vision due to allergic reaction or fasting Pls suggest as I am not able to pay and concern as I am not financially well off Any advice would be appreciated thanks Also attached is the allergy photo

Yesterday I went to general physician for breast paining check up she checked with stereoscope so stereoscope detect abnormalities after that she told me everything is ok lump is der but lump is bening birads 2 so so she put stestscope on my breast and told nothing to be worry?

Within normal basic test and normal saturation, what could be causing this sob?
