I am 28 year old female. I recently had an abdominal ultrasound because of mild pain. The scan showed borderline splenomegaly. I then had a CBC done because of borderline splenomegaly. All results came back normal except for my ESR, which is 56 (it was 44 six months ago). Do my spleen size and ESR values seem concerning? All my other blood tests, including LFT and KFT, are normal.

Hi doctor, I have attached my mother urine culture report. Is the report normal? She use to have mild fever from 5-10 days which goes with paracetamol. No other significant complain. Pls suggest if it need medication and whom should I consult. Physician or Gynaecologist

My friend is sneezing a lot from past two months about 10-15 times in morning  and a lot of coughing is there mostly at night time. Now she got fever also. It is a sign of some serious illness like tuberculosis or asthma. Or is it due to allergy. Is it contagious???

I have been experiencing generalized body weakness with persistent full-body pain, especially in my back, along with frequent dizziness that sometimes causes me to nearly fall. I also have recurring headaches and ongoing cold-like symptoms. Lately, I feel sluggish, tired, and drowsy most of the time, unable to stay awake or alert for long periods, and my energy and concentration have noticeably decreased. These symptoms have been ongoing and are interfering with my daily activities and overall well-being.

From last 2-3 days i am having could fever and today i saw rashes on groin and around frenulum and this causing severe itching.

My daughter sufer previous five days from head ache, cold couf and fever. I take above medicines. Some time but again come fever please give right solution sir

My mother age 75 is diagnosed with oral thrush because of using voltido rotacap. The doctor asked her to apply candid mouth paint twice a day. Can she apply it directly on mouth? Is it safe to swallow or does she have to spit it out? Can someone help please?

I am female, 29. I recently had an abdominal ultrasound because of lower abdominal pain. The scan showed fatty liver and borderline splenomegaly. My doctor mentioned that these findings are not related to the pain and are otherwise normal. Is borderline splenomegaly considered normal? I have also attached the reports.

Hello ,I am 30 years old lady planning for pregnancy..also I am on 10 days dydroease tablet course..yesterday I took my last doze of dydroease tablet..as per that calculation I should have my periods in coming 2 days..but today I made a home pregnancy test and got one very prominent line and another bit less prominent line..also I feel lower abdominal pain along with nausea and dizziness. Kindly let me know If I am pregnant or not.The pic of the pregnancy kit is attached here with.Thank you.

How can we treat this naturally. Doctor gave neurobion forte and folvite for 30 days. Please suggest how to improve.
