I m taking libiruim 10 tds for alcohol withdrawal but thing is my heart rate is high 115 so can i take inderal 10 mg and etoricoxib 60 mg for pain issue is it safe or not

At night I start to feel a warm hot sensation in right part of my face and I start to sweat and my neck and face sweats sometimes I only feel the part to be warm just before it happens like sweating but no sweat and also this feeling happens at the back. Also I have a swollen lymph node in neck that has comparatively reduced but the sore throat still persists. Pls someone reply. This is happening since last 3 weeks. I'm very scared of cancer is it a sign of cancer also is this a kind of night sweat? Also I'm fatigued now, I have yellow stools and nausea and body aches and pain

I am 35years old.. suffering from high fever..7days already passed..I took Azithromycin tablet at first alergic reactions occur..after that I had tremendous throbbing pain in the back of my head..it was not going..another doctor gave taxim 0 200..in general I tolerate that medicine..but this after this alergic reactions i couldn't tolerate that medicine..I got hospitalized there they again change and gave monocef 1gm iv injection..I took only once till now should I take it more..would it be safe for me? As came back from hospital from hospital my medicine kit was not found..can you kindly say asper 1gm iv injection how much dose should I take for how many times? Pls suggest 🙏

After eating very little food my stomach feels full like I have eaten big meal. From very beginning I am underweight 44kg, 6ft 1inch height. No pain in stomach. Not allergic to dairy products or anything like that everything normal. In 2020 I had slight pain in stomach after eating outside then I went to doctor and was prescribed a probiotic called Live Freeze-Dried Lactic Acid Bacteria and Bidobacteria Capsules VSL#3. After having this probiotic my early satiety problem vanished I could eat big meals without getting fullness in stomach. But after treatment got over (I don't remember how long it was prescribed) I was again feeling full after eating small meal. What should I do?

Hello Doctor, I’m a bit concerned about my wife's condition. After taking Socril regularly for 3 months as prescribed, her hemoglobin has dropped from 9.4 to 8.9. She has been consistent with the medication and following dietary advice. Could there be a reason for this decrease? Should we consider adjusting the dose or trying a different iron supplement? Hello all, I am dealing with overthinking, stress, anxiety n fear all I think. I have 7 months old baby n sometimes I manages all very well n sometimes nothing I ll do. I only sit , sit, sit n sleep, sleep al the time because of dizziness n blurry eyes. This is the big task to manage my thinking. Nowadays I got stressed for travelling n shopping n for any events happening n my mind start to become more anxious n fear that oh I have to do packing, taking head wash, for applying oil n what not. Actually before I was very happy to enjoy but now that phase ( source to destination) I am feeling overthinking n it's causing dizziness, tiredness n constant running mind. Pls tel me how to stop it. Once I reach destination den I enjoy that task. Not interested in anything always sleeping n sitting n that thought something ll happen to me al the time. Pls pls pls help me to get out of this n also recently I became mother n look after my son n managing task is very bigggg for me.

I saw different doctors prescribing different antacid. Some prescribes Pantaprazole , some prescribes Rabeprazole or Esomeprazole or Omeprazole. And I saw all of them working equally well. Can you please explain how do doctors choose antacid for different use-cases ?
