Flu

Since Jan 7, 2025, I’ve had a persistent warm feeling in my whole body, especially the forehead, without fever (temperature stays 97–98°F). On Feb 1, I had a 3-day fever (102°F) with headache, leg pain, eye strain, and weakness. Fever subsided but headache, leg pain, and warm sensation continue. I also had palpitations and fatigue. Spotted fever was reactive in 7 april; I completed doxycycline(10days) and azithromycin(5 day). WBC (3000–4000) and platelets (70–100k) remain low. CMV IgMwas negative e. CRP, ESR normal. Bone marrow biopsy, PET/CT scan, and major infection panels were negative. Vitamin B12 and D3 normalized after supplements. Still symptomatic daily. my current platelet 92k .*on May blood count WBC 3600 reactive lymphocyte seen, rbc 4.7 million haemoglobin 14.7, sonography=submetacentric metacentric lymph nodes seen. current symptoms feverish feeling, heavy headness, eyestrain, sometimes leg pain . * please advise me which doctor should I visit. I lost all hopes in doctor

I am having diarrhea for 5 days now, the blood test report showed inflammation and infection also I have pain in lower abdomen since last Friday

I suffered a road accident on April 25 and was given Diclowin injection in left buttock on that day, now after 11-12 days I have noticed a lump away from the sight of injection and is painful, my mother looked and said there is no redness but I can still feel warmth over there. What is this? A lump after 12 days? Since I suffered abrasions from the injury I have been on antibiotics since then.

I went for a facial in the saloon, there they use plucker for blackheads removal, I was having some pimples on my forehead, now I am in doubt that there might be a chance of infection, though saloon was very hygienic and advanced and they use uv stabilizer they told. But I am still in doubt of infection like HIV or others. May I take PEP in doubt. Or is it normal with no chance of infection for anything?

My tsh is 6.5..i HV been prescribed thyrox 25 mg..does this medicine causes a lot of hairfall ?I m confused whether to take this medicine or not

There are certain parameters which are off in my lab test report .My urea is 15 , GGTP is 47, cholesterol levels are bit increased(217, 230 ,46.5) vitamin D is 70.5, Hba1c is 5.9, TIBC is 431 ,Lymphocytes is 48.80 . Do I need to visit doctor or need any other medical attention other than dietary changes ? I'm mainly concerned about lymphocyte levels and Urea. I'm also experiencing chills and dry mouth since yesterday
