I have started taking 250 mg shatavri tablet for uclers ,I am getting an headache taking shatavri powder 250 mg of himalaya 2 tablerrs , is it Normal ?How Long should one take it to heal ulcers so that it heals uclers and also does not cause any side effect ?

I am 35 yrs old male. Since 2 days i am having pain in right hand index finger (shown) in picture. I am getting pain only when rising up from sitting and while walking. Localised pain but extremely severe throbbing pain. When my body is still and i move No pain on touch. No redness No arthritis . I also take narosyn 500 a sper local doctor advice but of no use. only finger there is no pain What can be the reason ?

I had gotten diagnosed with a viral throat infection roughly a month back, I had finished a course of antibiotics for the same and had felt relieved for some time. However, I have been feeling a surge in overall temperature ever since. My forehead, back of neck and arms feel very hot to touch at times and sweating also has reduced in general. My doctor prescribed me detromethorphin hydrobromide and chlorphino... Combination syrup for cough, but my cousin he is mbbs graduate suggested don't use dextro syrup. Is really dextro combination syrup not to be used... Or can I use

My uric acid and sgpt and sgot is high. Kindly suggest the measures to lower all these and fatty liver is there grade 3. Is any medicines required.

I was suffering from gastroenteritis for the past couple of days. I was vomiting everything I eat/drink on the first day. I took meds and I'm better.
