I was suffering from gastroenteritis for the past couple of days. I was vomiting everything I eat/drink on the first day. I took meds and I'm better. But my throat is still causing an issue, I can't swallow, I can't drink water. I'm hungry but I cant swallow any solid food. I tried warm water and salt gargle, honey. I need some assistance

Hello Doctor, I’ve been experiencing a fever for the past night.My temperature has been consistently around 100 F/°C. I’m also feeling weak, tired, and occasionally have chills and body aches. There’s no rash, but I dont have a slight headache and but have a sore throat. I haven’t taken any antibiotics, only paracetamol, which gives temporary relief. I havent traveled recently or but came in contact with someone sick, as far as I know. Could you please suggest what this might be and whether I need any tests or medications? I’d appreciate your guidance for the next steps.

Hello, I get this boil which pain little n when pressed or while movement pains more..ita like red boil containing something inside the boil msg..is this piles or something else. N i get it sometimes n then it goes away bcoz it doesn't pain after few days n boil is gone.kindly advise
