Can vitamin D 60K iu be taken alone without K2 and magnesium?? As I have heard that taking vit D with K2 can cause calcification in arteries?

A shrew gave scratch on the neck while i was sleeping. Do I need to take rabies vaccination now... Taking arip mt 5 mg, olet plus 5mg( new medicine added for overthinking recently 15 days ago), Esta plus, Trennil 2 mg, Miramax for post psychotic depression for about 2.5 months. Now weight gain in the belly and waist area which is very distressed. my mother is no longer able to eat rice or non-vegetarian food during lunch and dinner. She says she has no appetite. When we try to make her eat forcibly, she feels nauseous. I have attached LFT, Lipid profile, amylase, lipase, sugar fasting, USG whole abdomen report. Doctor please check. What to do?
