Dear Doctors, For almost a week I have been having constant feeling of fullness and breathlessness after every meals and after anything I eat . It doesn't go away even after having antacid. It stays for hours. Sometimes it subsides after I take my statin/betablocker. I have lumps on the left side of my abdomen. What to do to make this go away ? Why is this hours of breathlessness happening after every meals ? Please help and guide me

I am getting constipation since two months The constipation is like some days ok and other days it comes like thorn( starting mai chubta hai kante ki tarah) and because of that after 4-5 days I got blood in the stool, I consulted to gastroenterologist he said due to constipation I got feissure and gave me tube to apply Blood got stopped but constipation is still there Gas, heartburn if i eat anything... My weight reduced to 3 kg in 20 days.. thyroid is normal but I m having severe weakness and heartburn But i have vitamin b12 deficiency and vitamin D deficiency My vitamin b12 is 170 and vitamin D is 27 Yesterday I consulted to general physician and he suggested to take multivitamin for a month But I got call from the dietician from where I had done blood test She said to take vitamin b12 supplement for 3 months She said pehle multivitamin complete kar lo fir vitamin b12 start karna I asked to doc she said to take neurobion alpha d but I m already started vitamin d for 4 weeks,

Updated post with reports. Dear doctors, seeking advice! My 78-year-old dad has itching all over his body once or twice a week, but it strangely subsides after taking a shower. He's on BP medication( coversyl am8/10) and Roseday gold 20mg, and recent blood tests didn't reveal anything alarming. Any insights would be helpful as I am far away from home. Actually sir 15 days before I got my bp checked it was 130/80! My age is 20 my friend also have same reading then today don't know why but I thought let's have get checked bp again but i get measured it two time in gap of 10 mins both times just when cuff tie on my hands my heartbeat was very rapid due to anxiety and curiosity and heart rate was high both times just when cuff tie the reading comes 170/100 doctor told it's not true reading it's because of anxiety because no symptoms you have my question is am I in a danger zone or everything is normal do high rapid heartbeat and anxiety Just before measuring bp cause this reading

Recently I got my test report. And my vitamin d value is less than 3 ng/ml and vitamin b12 is 177 pg/ml, and also my haemoglobin and platelets are low.. I have many symptoms also like joint pain, cramps, weakness, tingling, mood swings,anxiety, etc,. What should I do?

Hi Doctor, I have  minimal Pitted Acne Scars on one side of my face. Can I apply Tretenoin 0.025 percent externally to reduce the appearance of scars or should I apply aloe vera based cream. Please help.
