Hello Doctor, I am a 37-year-old male with low-grade fever lasting the past 10 days. I have done extensive investigations: Typhoid, Dengue, and Malaria tests – all negative. Platelet count is dropping, now at 126,000. CBC: Hemoglobin: 14.3 g/dL (normal) Total leukocyte count: 7.9 (normal) Platelet count: 126 (low; ref: 150-450) Liver Function Tests: SGOT: 51 (high; ref: up to 45) SGPT: 91.6 (high; ref: up to 45) Other liver parameters normal. Lipid Profile: Total cholesterol: 204 (slightly high) Triglycerides: 199 (high) Widal test: Shows titers S. Typhi O and H at 1:40 (below significant threshold of 1:80), so typhoid is negative clinically. I have been taking Zifi-O (cefixime), Doxi (doxycycline), and Dolo 650 for fever, but there is no improvement. I have consulted with experienced doctors in Chandigarh but not able to diagnose the problem. Please help me and guide me.

I am dealing with a strange issue. I was on hypertension medication since last 4 years, took Tazloc beta 25. But since last 2 months my BP showed normal readings and even low, so I consulted my consulting cardiologist and he suggested ABPM and following the normal BP result, changed my medicine to Revelol XL 50. I became loose and consumed alcohol and mutton regularly. Of late, again my BP started to be high around 160/110. So my cardiologist again added a new medicine Dilnip t40. But I am really worried as to why such fluctuations are happening, is it due to my bad diet and drinking recently or should I get some other tests to find the trot cause. Pls suggest.

Today I was normally talking phone on road and a strat dop accidentally put her leg on my leg and went away and then I have checked my led and there is no blood on the leg and I cant see any scratch but feel some burning sensation.i have taken rabies vaccine one and half year ago do I need to take vaccine .I have taken tt vaccine one year ago...can any one please suggest I have to take vaccine or not..
