I took an PRP for face with Microneedling 50 days back and got small bumps on throat and back of my ear after it. And many of them has vanished but 2 small bumps which are not painful and also highly not visible didn't go away. It's been 50 days now. Is it because of PRP ? No swelling or no pain

I'm a 29-year-old female experiencing intermittent pitting edema in my feet. A comprehensive set of tests was conducted to rule out serious underlying conditions, including liver and kidney function tests (LFT, KFT), complete blood count (CBC), serum glucose, lipid profile, urine routine and protein-creatinine ratio, serum cortisol, and thyroid profile. All results came back normal. Due to the persistent nature of the edema, a 2D echocardiogram was also performed, which was completely normal. The edema was ultimately attributed to prolonged standing. However, l've recently started experiencing shortness of breath while walking, which has made me question whether a 2D echo alone is sufficient to rule out heart failure. Is it possible to have heart failure even if both the echocardiogram and color Doppler appear normal?

I have functional dyspepsia, hiatal hernia and gastritis. I'm taking acogut 300 and intavon. However, air is getting trapped in between my chest and I'm finding it difficult to burp wherein I am experiencing a constant feeling of it. What to do? Please help it's causing anxiety

I feel dizzy while walking, sitting and even while hungry. All my blood tests are normal except vitamin d which is 21. Even I have been through heart related tests and they are normal too. Blood sugar levels are normal but the dizziness is not going. Please help

I got my 5 doses (0, 3, 7, 14, and 28 days) of rabies vaccine back in September 2024. My cat is vaccinated but his vaccine booster is due in a week. He scratched me and though the wound isn't deep, it took a minute for the blood to stop flowing. I also got a tiny scratch from a stray yesterday, which tore the skin but did not bleed apart from a few drops. Should I get the vaccine again? Or am I protected due to the last dose?
