Based on the picture, it appears to be a superficial skin wound without active bleeding. For faster skin regeneration and proper healing, you may follow this: Clean the wound daily with normal saline or clean water Apply Mupirocin ointment or Fusidic acid ointment twice daily Keep the area clean and dry Cover with sterile dressing if there is friction or discharge
Next Steps
If there is increasing redness, pain, swelling, pus discharge, fever, or delayed healing, please consult a doctor for proper examination. For complete evaluation and personalised treatment, you may consult me through a paid online consultation. Take care.
Health Tips
For better skin healing: Adequate protein intake Vitamin C and Zinc supplements may help faster regeneration Avoid applying steroid creams or home remedies directly on open wounds.

Wound looks clean and healthy. Just clean it with spirit regularly, apply betadine ointment,  2 times daily and keep it covered, protected from dust and water. It will heal slowly in natural time, I.e. 3 to 4 weeks or just slightly longer , depending on your sugar levels, overall health.
