Calculus in both kidney and grade 2 fatty infiltration does need attention. Stones in lower calyx don't usually come out with medicine but as it is very small so surgical intervention not required at this stage. Microlyth in left kidney might flush outitself. For fatty liver you need diet modification and excercise.

Abdominal pain is mostly because of the calculi ( kidney stones). Increase your water and fluid intake. Also consult a general surgeon if abdominal pain persists for further management.

You should follow it up with Liver Function Test. Grade 2 fatty liver should be followed closely. Avoid refined sugar and ultra processed foods - especially soft drinks. Any urinary symptoms like nocturnal awakenings to pass urine?

The kidney stones on both sides, are small in size, should not cause any significant problem.Your uric acid is high ,may have resulted in foot pain and swelling.Prostate enlargement could be age related.Grade 2 fatty liver should be taken care of .As you have thyroid and BP, ideally you should consult a physician in your area for appropriate management

At 53 years of age, some of these findings can be common, but they are not completely normal and do need medical follow-up. 1. Uric acid – 7.7 mg/dL This is high and can explain your foot pain and swelling. It suggests hyperuricemia / possible gout. Diet control and medication may be required. 2. Kidney stones (very small): Right kidney: 3.3 mm calculus Left kidney: 2.8 mm microlith These are tiny stones and usually pass on their own with good water intake (3–4 liters/day). Regular follow-up is advised. No surgery is needed at this size. 3. Mild prostatomegaly (26 cc): This is mild enlargement and is commonly seen after 50 years of age. Treatment is needed only if urinary symptoms are present (weak stream, frequent urination, night urination). 4. Hepatomegaly with Grade 2 fatty liver: This is not normal and requires attention. Common causes include: fatty diet overweight diabetes high cholesterol alcohol (if taken) . 5. Current medicines: Cilacar T for hypertension Thyronorm 50 for hypothyroidism These medicines are fine but regular monitoring is required. Conclusion: These ultrasound findings are not dangerous, but they are not just age-related changes either.
Next Steps
You should consult a physician for: uric acid control fatty liver management kidney stone prevention routine blood tests (LFT, lipid profile, sugar, kidney function) With proper treatment and lifestyle changes, all these conditions can be well controlled.
Health Tips
Lifestyle changes, weight control, diet modification, and liver function tests are important.

These findings are not dangerous, but they are not just age-related either. Small kidney stones on both sides, raised uric acid, mild prostate enlargement, and fatty liver are common at this age, especially with BP and thyroid issues — but they do need attention and lifestyle correction.
Next Steps
You should consult a physician for medicines and guidance. Kidney stones this size usually pass on their own, but uric acid and fatty liver need control to prevent worsening. Blood tests and follow-up USG may be advised.
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water, reduce salt, red meat, alcohol, and oily foods. Don’t ignore urinary symptoms or increasing pain.

Your test results show some changes that are common with age and your existing conditions (hypertension and hypothyroidism), but they are not completely normal and deserve follow-up. • Serum uric acid 7.7 mg/dL — This is mildly elevated (normal upper limit often 7.0-8.5 mg/dL for men, lower for women; many experts suggest keeping below 6.0-6.8 mg/dL to prevent issues). It can link to your foot pain/swelling (possible gout flare) and may contribute to tiny kidney stones. • Tiny kidney calculi (3.3mm right, 2.8mm left) — These are very small microliths (
Next Steps
• Consult your doctor soon (general physician, endocrinologist, or urologist) — share these reports + your foot/abdominal pain history. • For uric acid + stones: May suggest repeat uric acid, urine test, more fluids, or low-purine diet; rarely medicine (like allopurinol) if gout confirmed. • For fatty liver + hepatomegaly: Check liver enzymes (LFTs), lipid profile, blood sugar; focus on optimizing Thyronorm dose (ensure TSH normal) + lifestyle. • For prostate: If no symptoms, just monitor; if urinary issues, may need PSA test or urology referral. • No immediate big changes to Cilacar T or Thyronorm needed (they are generally safe here), but doctor can review if adjustments help. • Repeat ultrasound or tests in 3-6 months to track progress.
Health Tips
• Drink plenty of water (2.5-3 liters/day) to help flush small stones and lower uric acid. • Diet changes: Reduce red meat, seafood, alcohol, sugary drinks; eat more fruits/veggies (cherries good for uric acid), low-fat dairy, whole grains. Control weight if needed — this helps fatty liver most. • Exercise regularly (30 min walking/day) — great for hypertension, thyroid, liver, and uric acid. • Avoid self-medicating painkillers (some raise uric acid); use as doctor advises. • Track symptoms (foot pain, urine flow, belly discomfort) in a note for your doctor. For personalized advice based on your age, gender, full symptoms, other reports, and exact medicines, please consult with me online — I can help explain more or guide what to ask your doctor. Take care and get checked soon!

Do the following, 1. Low purine diet and avoid alcohol 2. Allopurinol 100mg once a day (this will need gradually increasing in dose after a repeat blood uric acid level in 4 weeks) 3. Blood tests- CBP, HbA1C, Lipid profile, Kidney function test, Liver function test, INR, Ferritin, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C 4. Blood pressure target is less than 130/80 5.
