Hi doctor, 10 days ago I was playing with a charger just for past time and its adapter by mistake hit me in neck in tonsil gland. After that I was severely sick. 1 nostril alternatively remained closed for 3 days. Had vomiting that night twice after which cough and sneeze lasted for 7 days. Today after 10 days even my throat hurts, but in the middle and not in the tonsil gland. I feel severe pain in night and sometimes one nostril still gets blocked. What to do please help

My blood tests suggest T3 and T4 to be in range however TSH is way out of range- the value is 9.4 against Bio Ref interval 0.55-4.78 What does this mean? Do i have hypothyroidism?

Having severe weakness and feel dizziness sometimes. Blood test showed hb as 8.3 and bp is 140/90. Can you please suggest further course of action.

I was having a spondylitis neck issue, unfortunately from passed few days when i get up in morning or after heavy walk or suddenly when i get up from ground or car i feel pressure in behind my neck and than head heaviness. Neck rotation or movement is fine but stiffness and muscle issue. Also due to this jaw and around area is stressed and feel cracking sound when open mouth. Kindly help, can't always wait to get muscles relaxed for ease my head heaviness.
