Hi, Since 5-6 days I have neck and shoulder stiffness. My neck hurts when I press at the back of the skull. I feel constant light dizziness and unable to focus or concentrate on anything. I feel pressure above my eyebrows and head. Sometimed feels pain behind the ears and one side of head as well. Also, my blood pressure is normal but heart rate is around 60-70. I am feeling like its something related to heart or my neck. Please suggest what should I do.

Got my blood test report.urine examination report shows pus cells(WBCs) 6-8 and epithelial cells 5-6...absolute eosinophil count 0.7..and eosinophils is  8...phosporous is 5.17...all are above the normal range...Is there anything to worry?..cholestrol is 236...  B12 is 107 and vitamin d is 29..diabetis and thyroid is in normal range.
