Having fever, chills, headache l, pain behind eyes and vomiting sensation since two days. Chills start in the afternoon. A week back for routine checkup tested Total blood count. WBC -4620 cells/cmm RBC- 4.74 millions / cmm. Are these counts comparatively low. This was done when I was not having fever.

I tested covid postive on last tuesday on self test kit. I had only cough and weakness. Doctor told me to do test again at 10 th day. I have no symptoms except some times cough. I tested today at rapid antigen self kit. Which came negative. Should i consider myself negative?

Since past  two three my tongue feels prickly at the tip. Like if I move my teeth over the tip of tongue it pricks very bad. And also cracks have appeared at mouth corners. These cause pain when I open my mouth wide. Please advice
