Xray image is normal, blood test indicates there's infection with increased WBC count and neutrophils.Absoulte eosinophils count increased as well perhaps allergy.
Unless you write what infection you are diagnosed with?and medicine you have been prescribed,not appropriate to comment.

According to your report Eosinophils cell is normal but absolute Eosinophil Cell is increase.
Next Steps
You shuld do test Of Ig E to know the allergy .
You shuld also do whole allergy test.
