I was bitten by a stray dog 40 days ago... I took 5 shots of anti rabies vaccine... Today my brother used my shaving razor and blade from which I shaved yesterday... For how long does rabies virus in blood survives... Does he need to get vaccinated?

Hello, Yesterday evening I was suddenly down with fever... it started with weakness in legs, and then I was feeling slightly cold on my extremities (hands and feet). Soon after that, I was down with fever... checked the temperature it was 99.8, I was feeling very weak and was lying on the bed for sometime. Also checked BP, it showed 103/68. I took lemon water with salt and sugar After sometime I again checked the temperature, it was 100.6. After taking some rest, as I was unable to get up, I could feel I am feeling better, slowly I started to sweat without taking any medicine and then fever subsided. Here the BP was 109/74 Overall I am feeling very weak in general... My query is: 1.What could be the reason of sudden onset of fever like this? 2. Could low BP be the reason of fever? I am suffering from excessive Sleeping. I feel too much Sleepy whole day.. it's been more than a month that I am averagely sleeping 13-14 hrs a day. I have my exams going on and i can't even concentrate on my studies because of my sleepy eyes and fatigue. whole day I spent sleeping and nothing else. All the time I just want to lay on bed and sleep. And it's getting worse day by day..I am sleeping even more.😔

Last month on paid consultation Dr. On practo had prescribed Atorva 10 for reducing high LDL. Now my question is Atorva is a blood thinner in allopathic medicine. Also Garlic is a thinner. But as per one of the side effects of Atorva is it increases blood suger. As per my past HBA1C test my average hba1c is 6.1 to 6.6. so please advise can I take both Atorva and Garlic for LDL or not.
