Flu

I have fissure from 2020. I have tried all methods like homeopathy and ayurvedic. After taking medicines...for one month I have no issues. After some times..even after a small stool..it recurrs again..i don't want to get sugery. Is there any permanent solution for fissure apart from surgery? Plus i have pcod. Is there any link between pcod and fissure? Does pcod cause constipation? Some docs said digesting problem may occur due to pcod.

I have left side chest pain and rapid heart beat since noon. I take metoprolol in the morning for my heartbeat issue which I forgot to take in the morning I took the same in afternoon but by the time left chest dull pain and rapid heart beat got started. It got me panicked and I went to go for ECG. It says sinus tachycardia and otherwise normal ECG. The technician said sinus tachycardia is due to rapid heart beat otherwise ECG is normal. Report is attached. Please tell is it normal ECG ? My HR is now stabilised but mild dull left chest pain is still here.

Hello Doctor, I am 31 years/ Male. due to high blood pressure (145/90) and sometimes ectopic heart beat, doctor prescribed Telpres MT 25 ( 1 tab at morning), cilix 10 ( 1 tab at night). Right now my bp is 110/80. My ecg is normal. But my current pulse rate is in between 50 to 55 at rest position. Sometimes I am feeling little dizziness. My pulse rate is dangerous???

Hello pls I have this month odour  since 2018, now 21yrs . and I've tried different medications since then but to no avail, I believe its from my stomach/ inner organ. I even perceive the really foul smell just from my nose. I'm a student and it has affected me academically and socially. every time I brush there's always alot of mucus ruining down my throat ,  I don't drink or smoke.. so i would like to know what could be the cause??
