Feeling light headed always
I have constant lightheadedness or dizziness. It is more significant in the mornings and evenings. Sometimes have imbalance issues while standing. At times feel heaviness in my forehead.
Earlier thought of some ear issues and consulted ENT doctors. Also, I took MRI brain and carotid ultrasound tests, and all were normal.
I am under medication for BP, which is normal ( always ranges between 140-150/80-95). I am not diabetic. NO headache or vomiting sensation too.
I have taken loads of Vertin and Stugeron tablets in the past three years, and nothing worked out.
Can someone please help me to get rid of this issue? It's impacting my day-to-day life.
