My 8 yrs daughter having fever from 8 days. Temperature comes but without fever reducing medicine fever drops.Only fever nothing else. What is the cause behind this type of fever. Is it covid Or anything else. Please suggest.

Helo doctor ,my mother is 53 years of age has been taking Telmekind-H 40 for the past few years but now her foot has swelling and Bp is around 100/140 after taking medicine so doctor has changed the medicine to cdt-t 80 but this cause lots of urination and her sugar has also increased fasting 146 and after meal 170 she is presently taking Metformin 500  and vitamin D and b-12... What should we do to prevent dehydration and to control sugar and bp under control along with diet changes so that any interactions and side-effects of the medicine be minimised please guide and help ?? Can she consume all medicine together in the morning??

I am a 22 year old female and I'm on medications like Nexito ls and Ciplar 20 at this age. Is it normal? Are there any side effects or long term issues that might have. Can we take it for months.
