My mother is on wysolone 2.5 and hcqs due to rheumatoid arthritis, day before yesterday she has taken covid shield 3rd dose and today she is having fever, i hav checked with kit its shows positive now what to do given her dolo 650 and vitamin c and zinc tablet pls tell why she is positive is it because of vaccine

Hello doctor, Age 35 I have continuous palpitations for the day, so met cardiology department they have taken E CG and ECHO both came normal. But still I  have palpitations.
