Dear sir two days my left side upper chest after exercise pain ,pain is pin point area two days why pain is cardiac or non cardiac please check ecg my report I intake telma am 4 year my weight 128 kg 2km walk morning not pain jump no pain but arm or shoulder rounded fast suddenly pain chest why .

Ecg is normal .if u are able to pinpoint the chest pain to one small area and it does not radiate to other parts then there is no need to worry about it. The pain can be because of pinched nerve or muscle spasm within the inner linning of chest or chest wall.
