My mother has got fever from past 5 days. She is feeling weakness and dry mouth along with little swelling of legs. We have done the blood test and report is attached. Can you please let me know the cause?

I'm having nausea, dizziness and palpitations for the past four days. I do feel hungry but am unable to eat because I feel nauseous when I see food. Lying down on the bed helps a bit bit it's bad when I sit up or stand. Please advise.
