Hypertension reversal
Hello Doctor I am 37 yr old and  hypertension patient from 1.5 yr. My bp was 170/130. Doctor suggested 40mg tablet which is I am taking now. I don't had physical activity before. But from last 9 months I am doing outdoor cycling 18 to 20 km daily. And recently started rope skipping for 15 min. If I was taking 40mg tablet then feeling sleepy most of the time. So I started taking half of the tablet so feeling better from last one month and bp is 115/80. I will consult my doctor next month since I am not in my native. I have few doubts. 1. Can hypertension patient do cycling daily. Is it safe? 2. Rope skipping is safe for me. Some one told high bp patient can not do. Since it is not safe 3. Is Hypertension reversal with physical activity? I will be very thankful. Request you please 🙏 clear my doubts for healthy life.

The issues that you are facing are less likely due to the medicine but more due to the exertional activity daily. Hypertension can lead to a few complications and also a lot of physical activity will require your heart to work with more force both of which can cause ill effects to your health. Hypertension can not be reversed with physical activity but yes can be controlled with it. Yes Rope Skipping is safe for you but only upto a limit.
Next Steps
Less of Salt,Pickles and chutneys

It is your body which tells you what you can and what you can't do. Never over do anything. If you are feeling tired or uncomfortable or breathless or pain in the knee or foot or chest, you must take a rest . You must consult your Doctor regularly, definitely at least once a month. So there is nothing which you can't do. But you should do everything in moderation.

Healthy lifestyle helps to control Diabetes, hypertension. Reversal chances are less. But complications will reduced with exercise. For proper high Bp treatment consult me. Dont take hypertensive medicine as per internet or by yourself.

1.Yes hypertensive patients can do cycling and skipping but in moderation excess of anything is harmful to help.Hope yo gradually reached to a stage of of riding a bicycle 20km/day on level ground its not much but see to it that you are not over exerting yourself . 2.do not modify dose of drug on your own but till the time you see a doctor continue with your modification in dose provided you are tracking your bp regularly, its normal and you do not experience any symptoms. 3.Hypertension is not reversible but it can be kept under good control with appropriate lifestyle modifications in some(less commonly)cases this can be achieved even without drugs.
Next Steps
Do regular Bp monitoring and chart the readings Visit/consult with Physician when you could do so.
