Hy I have hypothyroidism after taking medicine the value of tsh is 1.66 earlier tsh was 6 i an taking 25 mcg thyronorm please tell me should I continue the medicine or leave it

Hy I have thyroid issues my tsh earlier was 6 so I started taking thyronorm 25 mcg now it is 1.6 attaching the report along with the text please tell me should I continue the medicine or not

From 15 days I feel left big toe feel like little numb or bit heavy  or not ( like when we put ice)  when walking but I can feel complete touch and even feel pain from pins it is same as right leg toe. I am taking NUHENZ tablets from 2 months for B12 deficiency. I had tingling , pins and needles and burning which I get rarely now. I had body pain for some time in arm, leg feet. but now it is not there and no discoloring

I use. Pantop luvosulphiride for acid reflux...now iam also suffering from diarreah...doctor give me laperamide...so plz tell me...can i take luvosulphiride and same day take laperamide..is there any problem??? Bcoz both have opposite work
