Feeling unwell all the time
Feeling hungry, sleepy, lazy,un easy, tired and depressed all the time. Constipation issues.Sometimes pulse raises to 128 beats per minute while bp shows normal 120/80. Have put on a lot of weight which is becoming just impossible to reduce. Pls help to understand what is wrong.

Feeling chilly with no fever
