Based on the value shared by you, the TSH levels are slightly raised. But further evaluation is required for the medications.
Next Steps
For the medications, I need further evaluation like your personal and family history and your daily lifestyle.
Health Tips

Multiple factors need to be considered, for this borderline report, medicine may or may not be needed but retest after 3 months certainly needed

You have not mentioned the T3 T4 values. TSH 6.3 without any symptoms like lethargy ,weight gain preference for cold weather , doesn't need any treatment . Repeat the test after 2 months

Above 6 ..you should take medicine.. Is this your first test report..? Have you done T3 T4,tests.. What are the symptoms..? Is there a visible swelling of the throat? Duration of medicine depends in levels and condition..

Need not start medicine now itself.wait for 4 weeks repeat the  thyroid profile and then you can think of ,as per requirement .Life long medication is not required always.sometimes for few causes thyroid hormones go out of normal range..and get back to normal with time. Practice yoga/meditaion,physical activity. If you are suffering from severe dullness, constipation, lag in life, lethargy, constipation ,repeat thyroid profile..A low dose may then be required. NOT REQUIRED AS OF NOW. please start using Drise capsule 20000 IU alternate days for 2 weeks.
