I had a full dinner at a party last night, and I've had loose motion since this morning. I had to run to toilet 4 times 2 hours as of now.
I have O2 tablet and rantac 300 at home. Can I take it ? Will it give me some relief?
Please suggest.

U can take O2 and rantac
ORS as suggested by others but can replace with your home solution
It will be ok in 24hours without medicines as it may be staph aureus, most common after party
If abdominal cramp then take antispasmodic

Thanx
Take ORS after every stool... Hydrate yourself... Take more juices... Take C.Bifilac twice daily... T.Pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food for 2 days
Rehydrate yourself well take ORS (ex.electral powder dissolved ed in water as specified on the pack) logic is to replace whatever water and electrolytes are being lost.Dont skip meals and continue drinking plain water too.
apart from this dont self medicate yourself with any drug, specially antibiotics and anti-motility drugs. Most diarrhoea have self limiting course
Next Steps
consult with doctor if diarrhea persists beyond 48 hours, you see blood or mucus in the stools or any new symptoms develop.
