How many days will it take to completely remove bilateral renal conretions if I drink 4 liters of water every day? Please answer.

Hello I m 31 male I have mild gynomaestia from one year all the ultrasound twice in a year are normal and I have mild sensation and pain in my left breast that has gynomaestia. What should I do , plastic surgeons say do surgery if u want physician says if u can live with mild pain then don't do surgery . Pls guide me

I did serum creatinine test after 14 hours of fasting in afternoon. Will it still show correct result?  Or just 4 hours of fasting is needed? My serum creatine report showed 0.8 mg/DL. Normal range  0.6 to 1.3 Do i need to get serum test again after 4 hours of fasting?

Had small red boil in armpit few days before , now Iam seeing a small hole in armpit and pus coming out no pain or redness .
