Diet for my grandma.
My grandma is 73 from the past week she is being so weak & vomited three times, as a result, she is not having a good amount of food as sometimes she feels nausea after having a meal so she reduced the amount of meal she used to have regularly. She is having sugar, BP and from one weak she is suffering from body heat issues, she had coconut water for one day that helped her a bit but later she is not taking coconut water as she feels it may increase the sugar so Sir/madam I just want a suggestion from you that which type of fruits or foods can I keep for my grandma to get her some energy and cools her body by not increasing her blood sugar?
