Any back pain occurs during rest and at night time, warrant for orthopedic consultation. It may have been aggravated by the nature of your job, Since it's been bothering you for a long time to get simple x-ray and MRI spine if required

Such localised pain at a specific time in the day doesn't seem to fit into a disease. Please consult an Orthopedic surgeon in your area who can examine you physically and suggest appropriate treatment.
