Which vitamins and minerals (Except Vit. B12, and Iron) deficiencies cause poor blood circulation throughout whole body?

Hi my 5 year old kid got small cut on his toe on the water park inside water no idea what it was..but blood was out....cut was not too deep.. He had his atleast 3 dose of tetnus vaccine shot since his birth...not its been 3 days...wound is healed but looking dirty as its toe.. I m worried for titnus...tetnus shot is effective after 3 days or should it be avoided...pls help Had it cleaned with detol and affixed banded but after some time he was again in the pool..

I have a small formation in my groin area(about half a cm in size) since last 6-7 months. Don't know if it is cyst or something else. It is just under the skin, it moves freely when pushed around and does not pain, It is not growing in size as well. Have no discomfort in general because of it. Please tell what is it and is it something to worry about? Could it be the sebaceous/epidermoid cyst? What needs to be done to get it fixed? Any general medicines that could reduce it? Thanks.
