My mouth ulcer is not getting healed,it's there since last 9 days,and one is getting healed another is occurring,I am taking bicosule capsules,and applying candid mouth ulcer lotion but no improvement, what can be the reason,can it be related to hiv ?

I have reaction as per the attached image. I'm not sure what is it. Whether a infection or a spider bite. Firstly it start from a dot on back side of my thigh and gradually increases from thigh to hips. Plz consult what is this, a spider bite or something else. And which kind of doctor I should consult.

Hy my mother is 53 years old she is diabetic and trying to control her sugar levels as mostly her sugar levels are out of control she feels a pull in the whole of right side of her body due to which she looses balance from the last 1 year she had this problem before as well but from the last 1 year these have increased as aur doc suggested she is taking acegaba nt400 and ecospirin gold 10 along with some sugar medicines from the past 1 week she is not feeling better with the downward pull of her right side and balance or pain problems whenever she does work her pains and pull increases what is the solution should we change medicines

I had pain in left side of shoulder due to working long hours on laptop a month back. Has consulted a doctor that time and he prescribed an ointment and suggested to apply heat pack. The pain went off and it used to happen sometimes only. I am again having burning pain in left side of upper back since few days. The pain is more on the shoulder side. And it is not going even after applying ointment. After applying heat pack the pain decreases but again comes back. Please suggest.
