As advice by practo doctor , i have done LFT test today, my SGPT level is 57 , is it alarming and how to treat and prevent it. Please advice report also uploaded

Your LFT report is ok,with mild increase in SGPT but to be medically significant it has to 1.5 times more it's normal value and there should be rise in SGPT and ALP levels too, which you don't have.
Health Tips
avoid fatty food spicy food and alcohol drinks drink lots of water if you are over weight, reduce it you could use liv 52 tablet for few months repeat lft after 6bmonths
