Since many months, I have been having a lot of brain fog, easily getting distracted, impulsivity and anxiety. I heard that vitamin D and B related deficiencies could be one of the reasons for this. So I got a complete vitamin profile tested. Acc. to report, I fall in insufficiency range for vitamin D (23.26 ng/mL) And for B vitamins, for most of them, I'm on the lower end of the normal levels. B12 - 386 pg/ml B1 - 0.78 ng/ml B2 - 8.63 ng/ml B3 - 0.38 ng/ml B5 - 84.26 ng/ml B6 - 14.84 ng/ml B7 - 0.25 ng/ml B9 - 0.21 ng/ml Please suggest me what should be the vitamin supplementation that I should take so that the these vitamin levels stay high. Doctor my sister's 4 Dose intradermal Anti Rabies Vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 and she took her Last Vaccine on 14th July but just 2 Hour's Ago a Street Dog scratch her with Nails No wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should she need to take booster dose of Anti Rabies vaccine Day 0 and Day 3 ?

Dr can I take amoxclav 625 mg twice daily and metronidazole 400 mg once daily for  infection and swelling in gums

Dr should I have to take rantac 120 mg -bd along with antibiotics like amoxclav for five days..rantac for once or twice a day please clarify

I have been having a low grade fever (Max temp. 100 F) since the last 7 days which only appears in the afternoon/evening. In the morning, the temperature is back to normal. CBC shows lymphocytes at 50%, CRP is 12.27 and LFT tests shows mildly elevated SGPT & SGOT of 75 & 71. Malaria, Dengue, Typhoid tests are negative. What could be the reason?

From my recent urine RE report i could see my epithelial cell more than normal range which is 0-5 but mine is 10-15. Other factors are normal. I pass mucus everytime i pee... What does it mean if i have high epithelial cells in urine?
