Hi Doctors, On Friday night I slept with a pillow under by upper back. From sat morning I have pain in upper back and tight/pain/discomfort in my chest. The tightness is more when I am lying on bed and turning on bed, it's also there when I bend or move body in certain way. There is no shortness of breath ,cough ,fever or nausea. Also I am having acidicity at times. The tightness is more in morning time. Can someone ease suggest what shall be done or if it is serious thing? Thanks in advance

Does oximeter measure shortness of breath or any kind breathing issue. Sometimes I feel discomfort .

Hello Doc, i was experiencing sharp pain on my right side of the abdomen, and under recommendation of my family doctor, i got abdominal scan done. All my reports came out normal. No kidney stone noticed. Pain was gone but it appeared again in couple of days post which I started antibiotics course (Cifran) Pain is not as severe as Friday but I'm worried as it is still there.

I am getting repeated tonsillitis episodes since last 6 months very frequently and it cures after some days usually with saline gargle and once I had to take antibiotics. I do swimming in swimming pool which contains chlorine water ..Can tonsillitis get triggered usually for swimming in chlorine water ? Or is it due to something else.. I have tonsillitis problems from childhood but got aggravated after admitted to swimming this yr

Good evening doctor, I have high fever for 2 days and I take pcm+diclofenac sodium tablet. Fever comes down but today I measured my blood pressure when I lying on bed. It also lies between 100/58. 105/62. 104/64. Not goes above 110 /70. Is low blood pressure after fever is normal or medicine reaction. Because I have always normal BP 115/74. But today it is very low first time 100/57. I am so much worried and my plan is expired. I renew my plan this week. So please suggest me what I do??? Please help???

My 14 year 70 kg son has some skin infection and is prescribed by doctor amoxicillin 625 twice. Also told to take pan 80 in morning empty stomach. Should we give 80 for child or 40 mg twice daily. Please suggest. Thank you
